    The owner/prosthetist of this office is rude and unwilling to help certain patients. Other reviews describing him as angry or ill-tempered are accurate. Patients with limb difference don’t deserve to be treated poorly by the person in which they came to seek help. There are other offices and people in and around Wichita that will treat you with the utmost respect appears non-existent at Ark Valley O&P.

    If you are referred here, it’s well worth asking the referring provider to send your referral somewhere else so that you don’t have to waste time or be treated poorly by the provider after he has received your money and money from insurance.

    Called and had questions about a back brace, the person answering the phone wasn’t sure if they could make the brace. Kept saying “I can find out,” but didn’t . Didn’t let me talk to someone who knew something. If that is a hint of what their service is like, no thank you. Need someone that answers the phone to know a few things

    I had a Arch support created by Ark Valley which did not fit well. I returned several times to have the device adjusted and the doctor cut too material off and added too much material back. I returned two times for an adjustment. The Doctor became angry with me and told me If I returned a third time he would begin to charge me for any additional adjustments. I have not returned for any new arch supports. Also I have made my disappointments available to all friends that asked me for the best doctor that could provide a good arch support. I would not recommend this business to anyone. The office I used in the past has closed their business; I had 3 arch supports created by this company and never had to return for any adjusments. Perfect the 1st time.
