    Energy Guard replaced our siding in October of 2021. They came to replace it in a timely fashion however some of our siding came down in less than a year and I have been contacting them since September of 2022 about coming to fix it as their workmanship and siding is supposed to be guaranteed. Initially I was able to speak to some persons including Dedra, Patrick and Jason all who said that this would be taken care of however it has not been. I have even left a message with Tim the general manager who did not return my call. I continued to leave multiple messages and now Tim and Jason’s phone say that their mailbox is full. I assume it is full of unhappy customers. I would not recommend using this company and I wish I would have looked at the BBB ratings before I signed a contract with them.

    Signed a contract 06/08/22 was told work would be completed in 3weeks. Come and gone. Have called every week 2/3 times a week always the same answer ' we are working on getting materials. Finally got materials sitting in my driveway. Can't get workers, we were unaware they didn't have their own crews. Still waiting. We have a contract to sell our house but can't till work is done. Very disappointed.
