    In July 2021 we bought siding and arranged installation with this company. They weren’t able to begin installing until Nov or Dec of that year. We signed the papers that it was completed in Feb 2022. This was sold with a lifetime guarantee. In September of 2023, we noticed a big section was falling off, which later completely ripped off in the wind. We started trying to contact the company, never could reach anyone. After a couple of months, someone finally responded, took our info and said they’d get the replacement piece ordered and let us know when they’d be out to fix it. This same response has been what we’ve been getting for almost 6 months and they still haven’t fixed it. It really needs to be repaired before it pulls other pieces off in the wind.

    On August 30, 2007, we had vinyl siding put on the entire house, which has a lifetime warranty. In April 2022 we sustained hail damage on our house from the tornado that went through ***************. Since that time, we have gotten repairs to the home, and now we are waiting to receive the repairs to the vinyl siding and the wrapping to the windows.

    In November 2022 someone came out to give an estimate on the vinyl siding repairs, who was not polite, and did not follow up with us regarding the repairs and estimated time to complete the vinyl siding repairs and wrapping of the windows.

    We have not received any follow up regarding this issue, and each time we call we leave voice messages, and no one returns our calls.

    Integrity Siding and Window is NOT under any form of contract with the **********, nor is storm/tornado damage covered under the Manufacturer Warranty. The ********** did contact us concerning the rewrap of 4 windows that they had ordered from ******. We were informed that ****** had scheduled installation of their windows on 12/27/22. As of 1/12/23 ****** still hasn't completed the replacement window installation.
