    My Medical care giver set me up with an at home sleep test with Sleeptopia of Wichita, Ks... When they first called me to set it up I had requested my provider to cancel the test at that time due to some concerns I had about CPAP machines. Then after talking to, two of my sisters I decided to go ahead with the test. I called them back and rescheduled the test and was told it would be shipped to me the 4/22/24. This is 5/1/24 and I have not heard from them or received the test. I believe that beings I told them I would be unable to wear a CPAP mask on my face they have decided not to do the test. The reason I decided to go ahead with the test is to see if I indeed have a problem and what it is so I can see if I can do something about it! I do have a problem I can fall asleep while driving without much warning! Right now I have been limiting my driving to short trips only, if I have to go for a longer drive I try to find someone to take me! I guess my deal is if they are not going to do the test then I wish they would say so, so I can try to find someone else that will! I have tried multiple times on their website to get a response and they do not respond!

    After arranging personal services for medical reasons with this company I was briefed about how insurance will process payments and I was to be charged $*** out of pocket. I was also told I would be sent a "final" bill for service, which amounted to over $***. During my office visit I asked every question about finance I could and I was never told about ANY follow up charges.

    5 months later - May 2023.
    I recieve a bill for an unlisted/ itemized non descript amount of $** dollars. I call and ask about the charges and was told that was the service-agreement amount I am personally liable for after insurance. My insurance does not cover these items under my deductible, so they are passed along to me. The final total i am told I am responsible for is **/month for **-months = $***. News to me! I ask where in the world this information came from, and I was told it was explained to me during my initial set-up. No it was not! I insist to their staff it was not, and no one is available to discuss/facilitate. I am just out over $**** out-of-pocket. I ask whether of not I signed an official document, and they present me, via email, with a sheet titled, "Supplies and Auto-Ship Agreement". This document reviews the auto-shipment supplies for a full 2-paragraphs, and at the very bottom briefly mentions a **-month agreement over 3-lines. Again, this information was never provided during our set-up or when I asked about any follow-up payments. What the **** is that? I am rushed through a mountain of documents and no one mentions anything, and I am blown away when confronted with an extra $*** dollars that was never discussed.

    I have not even mentioned the blatant overly marked up supplies.
