    I have attached this contract... it is confusing for me because it states the 2022/2023 and 2023/2024 season and I honestly had no idea this DocuSign included the auto renewal, which I have never had in the past and I have been a ticket holder for many years now. It was never made aware to me at the signing by my ticket sales rep ***** ****** that this was included this time (************@wichitathunder.com). Now Wichita Thunder has charged my credit card for $ 810.00 for the 2024/2025 season. Thunder is telling me because I didn't cancel before March 1st that they will not refund my money. There has been no communication between me and ***** ****** since last years season to even make me aware that attention was needed. Per **** ****** at the Wichita Thunder office " I have reached the end of the line with him for my complaint " and talking to him he stated he will NOT refund my money for any reason. I hate that they are able to use a credit card I have used in the past and charge my account without my authority for that amount of money.
    I appreciate any help I can get, this seems so fraudulent, and this is a lot of money to me. I just feel sure that I am not the only one this has happened to.
