    On 10/26/22, I paid Gabe's Sprinkler Systems $******* They "replaced" my backflow system due to a water leak. It took several trips to "fix" with more than one missed appointment. In addition, when "fixed" they just left a hole in the ground around the backflow system. I called about that and they came out and filled in the hole. Needless to say, I switched providers due to the extremely poor service by Gabe's. The new company indicated that two of my yard zones do not work due to the new backflow system being installed incorrectly. In addition, the new company indicated that they cannot perform a backflow test required by the city since two valves are required and only one valve exists on the backflow system that Gabes installed.

    In addition, On 10/14/22, I paid $** to Gabes to perform a backflow test. It was not reported to the city. I still got notices from the city that my water would be shut off. The office employee indicated it was done and they would report it to the city. The new company this year said no way could it have been done with only one valve. I have called Gabes 4 times with no response from the owner. I am going to have to pay the new company to fix Gabe's work and Gabes possible fraudulent report to the city on the test. I want my money returned for the backflow test of $** and the faulty backflow system install of $*******

    Friday March 17th Gabe and 4 technicians came to install a recommended new 1.5HP well pump to replace a 1HP pump, fix a leak at the west valve box and to start my irrigation system.After receiving an invoice for over the initial quoted amount of $********, we settled to pay $********.The check was cashed by Gabes on 3/28. When he left on 3/17 the system was still not operational, and he indicated he would be back the next week 3/20 to complete the necessary repairs. He never showed up and we attempted to call the office on 3/21, 3/22, 3/23 and were finally told Gabe would be out Wed. 3/29.Later, 3/28 we received a call from the office stating the problem was already fixed and he would not be coming back out. We checked the system later that day and found that the valve boxes were still leaking, the drip lines were rupturing, and the system was in shambles. We called the office on 3/28 to report this and 3/29 over 8 times no response. Now we have been told by Gabe that a pressure relief valve needs to be installed in the pump and that the new pump will have to be dug up again and a valve installed on it. This work was scheduled on 4/3 Gabe never showed. To date our system is leaking and drip lines are bursting due to system pressure issues caused by their recommended 1.5HP pump that draws too much water. We have attempted over 89 times from 3/20 to 4/3 in various communication forms to contact the office and obtain resolution to no avail - the mailbox is full, texts are not returned,3 no shows. At this point, our livelihood has been affected and with no yielded results. Every time we have the rare opportunity to speak to Gabe, other issues are identified, and services needed at additional costs. Our system has been sabotaged, our grass and plants ruined from lack of moisture since we cannot run the system and Gabes has made zero attempts to resolve. We've had to contact another company to resolve our issues. See attachments for expanded dialogue explaining situatio.
