    I am rejecting this response because: The work that was paid for is incomplete. We purchased a harness that was supposed to be installed. City inspection which is required was never done. My understanding is that it should happen this upcoming week. Mike has made it clear that a different company will handle the warranty but this does not cover service charges and labor. If the lifts don’t pass inspection my understanding is that we will have to pay to bring the lifts up to code. As for insisting on helping with the installation this is false. On more than one occasion I was asked to diagnose or help with problems that came up during the install. At this point pending the results of the inspection I am not ready to close out the complaint. And depending on the results of the inspection along with whether or not we getting everything that we paid for will determine my next course of action.

    This company was sold several months ago, but I have tried to get the new owners to respond.  1/22/2025  I paid another company to take care of the issue with this stairlift.  The installation issues experienced were mostly issues out of my control with shipping and the factory.  Owners help with the installation: my understanding is that he insisted on being part if the process.
