    I wish I could upload this video that I have of the design of their storage space due to that design they have an attic access inside of the storage space which if you climb into you have access to everybody else's storage space in that building which would allowed someone to systematically come into my unit and still all of my belongings without harming the door or the lock and now the business is saying that I just lost all of my property because I cannot prove what was in my storage space however the design still exists inside of their buildings I know that I probably will not see any of my things again however I don't think anyone else should suffer the pain and anguish that I am going through because I've lost all of my belongings this company is a fraud after I made my complaint they would not even allow me to come into the office a basically told me that because I had not purchased their insurance that there was nothing that they could do so I don't feel that if I purchase a storage pin to keep my property that I have to again by insurance just so they won't steal it from me
