    From what I can tell, you are referring to the time that you called for a ride on February 11th, 2025 at 0836.  There are a few reasons that rides where taking longer than normal that day.  First reason is that it was very foggy that morning and traffic could not travel as quickly as it normally does.  Second, there has been a major flu outbreak in all of ******** ******* *************************************************************************************************************************************************  So to be safe, drivers that did not feel well where not able to work.  This caused a shortage of drivers, which led to wait times being longer than normal.  There were many times during February people had wait times up to 3 hours.  You waited less than 2 hours and your driver was on the way when you canceled.  I hope this clears up as to why you had to wait so long to receive a ride.  Thank you for contacting me regarding this matter.

    I am sorry that you do not feel like my answer is satisfactory.  Going by what you stated, you did not cancel and just decided to leave without any regard to us.  This type of behavior is what makes us run later than we like, chasing dead calls, and makes us have to blacklist you.  We cannot control the weather nor traffic.  I hope that next time you have the courtesy to call and cancel if you decide to leave before we get there.  I also hope that you are able to take into consideration weather and traffic when realizing how long it might take to get picked up.  This is my final response to this complaint and I hope that you have a better day.
