    I wish I didn't have to give any star but I guess they deserve one for letting us know about my son's bike. The police failed to notify us that my son's stolen bike was impounded for almost two months. Our storage fees were $2K. We decided to buy it on the online auction which normally goes for around $800-1200. My son went to look at his bike and it was in rough shape. We knew no one would want it over $800-$900 because of the condition. After around $800 the other bidders dropped out but one continued to $2K, the same as our storage fees. Interestingly enough, when I posted something on FB - an individual commented that he was the one that bid on it - he is an employee of Wichita Two & Recovery. I feel that is scandalous. There is no way they would buy that bike for $2K in the condition it was in - only the original owner with sentimental value would have paid that. I felt that was unscrupulous.
