    I hired Graves to clear dead trees and high grass from my back yard, I accepted his bid of ***** dollars and paid him *** dollars cash on the spot! They did a fairly good job clearing the yard, but not doing all the things Mr, Graves said he would do. My main complaint is that he came back out a couple days later while I was not home and mowed the front and edged things without informing me and called to tell me that I owed him another *** dollars. I do not feel that I owe this because I did not know he was doing this. I will pay him the other *** dollars (even though he didn't do everything he said he would), because that is what we agreed upon. I ** * ** **** *** ***** *** * can't afford this. I feel this is a very deceptive business.

    I am sorry this was the experience you received. The $*** was not paid for and the $** for the cost of the lawn mowing service you requested was not paid as well. The account balance is zero. If you have any other questions or concerns please call ***** ********.
