    Washer and dryer combo was either unknowingly or knowingly sold with a strong mold in the rubber seal. A 90 day warranty, indicated on the hand receipt, was offered. Upon discovering mold and calling the next day, the owner claimed to be willing to replace rubber seal, as covered by warranty. However, owner has not fulfilled said obligations. Additionally, $115 was paid for delivery and installation. First, but minor, they failed to disclose they would not install dryer vent as part of agreed upon service. Second, but more major, delivery service caused direct property damage on a brand new home, to include wall damage and permanent scarring on porclein floor. Owner was made aware of said damage and shown photos, but no comment or remedy was reached. Owner mentioned no refunds, just in store credit or exchange only, however owner continually hangs up mid conversation and 3 phone calls were needed to convey information. I had mentioned I wanted to return the machines for at least a partial refund, understanding I wont request refund for cost associated with delivery and pick up. Owner essentially sold a mold infested washer, uncleaned and lint infested dryer, damaged property on its delivery, mislead on what was included in the installation fee (dryer duct not included), and was over two hours late to agreed upon delivery time of 4 pm with no communication/explanation. Owner failed to commit to warranty obligations too. Desired resolution would be a refund minus delivery/pick up costs and this business takes back the washer and dryer, but at the least would like to provide feedback that this buisness is not reputable, trustworthy, and will be quick to ignore consumers when problems arise. Now I am stuck with a moldy washer in my home, posing a health hazard, and I need to remove it, and pay out of pocket to repair damage they caused. Total cost of washer dryer was $850, and $115 for delivery/installation. This business is not accredited by the BBB

    In regards to a recent complaint against Riverside Appliance in Wichitia, KS, the company has reached out to me, no further action is needed at this point.
