    I put my cart out at 930am on April 3 2024 and my trash was never picked up so I left my cart out till the next week which is today and since they didn't pick it up last week I had 2 extra trash bags and when they finally picked it up they didn't pick up the 2 bags and they left trash all over my curb and in my trash cart. So I called and they said that me and my cameras on my house are lying about it being out at 930 on the 3rd and that there a perfect company that doesn't make mistakes and told me I need to shut up and accept the fact that there not picking up our trash and I can either deal with it or go somewhere else that they don't care what there customers say and they are always right. So I ended my service with them and told them I want reimbursement for the month I haven't used. Then the entire time I was on the phone with them I talked to a women then a man and from the moment they answered they were being rude but the man has no Idea how to be polite at all or what good customer service is obviously. We have had nothing but problems since day 1 & we have only been with them for 3-4 weeks Would never recommend them to anyone not even my worst enemy they are that bad.
