When we purchased all the windows and doors we wee told that they are all 100 % lifetime warranty.
I had called their service dept and was told that someone will call to set up the repair of our screens and doors.
A tech name Keith had called and said that he could repair but would be cheaper to do it myself for it may be he would be unable to get parts due to if the Manufacturer was still in business. Now of course I was a bit confused for like I explained to the tech as far as we are concerned Woodbridge is the manufacturer. So right away the warranty was a lie, and his attitude was even worse. I called Woodbridge and talked to a nice person on the phone but she doesn't deal with anything because she just answers he phone but she told me she would send my information to whomever is the service manager . I have not heard from them since. It has been going on a week. I am beginning to think these guys are a *****.

The salesman was great, the windows function as stated they would. However, we were told that the warranty covered 100% of the windows. I called the warranty department about the problem, and at that time it was set up to be fixed when the living room windows were installed. They came out to finish installing the last 3 windows in the living room. I told the installer at that time, but he knew already to look at it as the warranty dept had notified him of the problem, that the kitchen window would not lock, and it still does not lock. He stated he would let them know they needed to come out and replace it, he was told this May 20, 2022. I have called the warranty dept back this past week ( the first week of July, 2022) I have called numerous, numerous times and would leave messages, no one has ever called me back. My house is not secure at night because the kitchen window cannot be locked.
