    The business took our $915.25 and installed the wrong part in our hvac unit, because of this wrong part, if left in will cause over heating of our heating unit this winter and cause damage to our equipment or house, the wrong motor was installed and I was not made aware till after I made payment and now they won’t come back to fix it right. I want the correct motor in our ac unit (veritable speed)They put the cheapest parts in to increase there profits only to damage our unit or burn our house down later this winter! I just found out they have a history of bad workmanship and have been sued! They need to be corrected , fix our unit right!

    We called the ***** ************ (the company their furnace was purchased from) to get this motor and there is no serial or model number on this unit and the company that sells this unit couldn't find one. They sent us a motor that they said would work for this unit. We put the motor in that the company sent us and the customer wasn't happy. Said it didn't have enough air flow. We informed the customer once again that the distributor couldn't provide us with the exact motor for that unit as they couldn't match up the numbers on the motor. We gave the customer the old motor and informed them that we didn't feel comfortable ordering one online, and if they wanted they could order one and we would install. We also informed them that we would refund them the cost of the motor that we originally installed if their new one worked properly.  After they ordered it online they text us and told us that they didn't need us coming back out.  We assume that they installed the motor they ordered themselves. Later they called and wanted us to come out as the motor they ordered was not working properly.  We were not able to get there right away for them and now found this review.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    we are waiting for them to install the motor, we have called and text will not respond, they took our $915.25 and left never to talk to us again after they dropped off old motor and told us to find our own motor, terrible business manner, telling the customer to find own part, we did find motor and paid  another $336 out of our pocket. Contacted Glantz many times still won’t answer to come out and install correct motor. We never got a refund either for them installing wrong motor! The $336 motor is sitting on the table waiting for install.
