Hired JEJ to remove tub and install walk in. started work on 4/10. he has been to home 3 times now since to refix his work due to doors not being property installed and leaking. Came yesterday and left bathroom a mess. Didn't finish job property and now has ruined the new walls by drilling new holes and leaving old exposed due to his neglect in property installing doors the first time. Bathroom is in shambles and needs to be redone from top to bottom and all new parts will need ordered and paid for. I paid him $2200 for the work not including the additional $2000 in materials i spent. He has blamed everything on us even after he admitted his guys did a bad job and he states he isnt a bad contractor. Just lacks follow up and clearly ruined my bathroom. I want reimbursed for labor and materials.

This project was done in a professional manner, and in a timely fashion and at premiumprice to the client for the work that had to be done. The client agreed to a time and material bases. The client repeatedly had to order parts for a door no longer made. He advised me 2 months after the job was completed that the doors leaked, when I told the client I would come and inspect the doors for a problem I found them torn out by the client!! Totally destroyed the track. I had to reinstall using new holes that could only be caulked, not Totally hidden, due to the clients own actions. He is at fault. He broke the tile. Not me. He tore out the doors without allowing me to inspect. Not me. I'm not paying for the clients mistakes. Thank you. Owner J.E.J. ENTERPRISES.

The client broke the tile, admits it in text message. Clients ripped out doors 2 months after job was completed,  claiming they leaked. I wasn't allowed to inspect. Client ordered material for doors 4 times because they didn't make the door any longer and door packaging was missing various parts.

I was hired to tear out a shower and surround. Client wanted me to add tile. Also water lines needed moved into the wall as this was a shower pan not a tub surround. Water lines had to be moved into the wall. Client payed me for the job. 2 months later he contacted me and said the doors were leaking. I set a day to come and look and the client had demoed the doors, and track, completely voiding his warranty. Client needs to stay away from contractors work and allow time for work to dry. First day the shower was completed, he took a shower, against my orders. Shower had new tile added around the surround and tile wasn't dry. They were told of this and walked on it anyway. He was told not to touch the doors until I could inspect them, yet he demoed doors and track resulting in a new install in which holes were present in the surround. The client blames me for this however he is the one who demoed the doors. Not me.
