    i paid cash$ 1300cash for a ********** ******* pleged with contueal problems it finely quit running.
    now the business wont answer the phone it goes right to vioce mail.
    this has been going on 7 months.no other company will work on it because its from china.
    other shops claim they simplely cant get parts.
    the scooter is off warentee but still cant contact best buy forservice

    We have no ideal what he is talking about. We do not have any messages from him. His scooter is over a year old. We tried to reach out to **** but the numer we have for him on file has been disconnected.  He says our phone goes directly to voicemail that is incorrect.  Our phone system goes to a menu where customers have to pick an option. Once again we do not have any messages from customer. We have to know there is an issue before we can try and solve it.
