  4/1/25 the man showed up banged on my door my wife answered and told him that we no longer will be using his services but we would pay dumping fee for taking his 2 cans with trash he stated you don't fucking need me anymore than proceeds to dump all the trash in my yard then he lies and stated that we owe him for last month which he was paid and has never given us any receipt or any contracts even after consecutively being asked to

  In response to complaint. On 4/1/25 I knocked on door to collect April's trash payment.  His wife came to door and informed me that they were going to get a dumpster delivered to their residence. I asked if they no longer needed my trash service.  She said no. I then asked if she was going to pay me to get the trash that was in the can. She said no.  I told her ok and that I would the trash on the ground and pick up my cans.  She got mad and started using fowl language and went inside to get her husband.  He came out mad and also used fowl language and told me that the sheriff's department have been called and they were sending an officer out to the residence.  He continued to use fowl language and pointing his cane at me. I told him that since he was still cussing and carrying on like was that I would be glad to talk to the sherriff.  My wife who was with me was a witness to all that was going on. We met the deputy coming out to the residence and turned around and came back.  We pulled up in our truck behind the deputy at the same time.  The deputy asked me if I was the second party to this call. I said yes. He then asked me to explain what was going on. I proceeded to explain where and the trash was put in yard.  He said that the way they were talking when they called that I had put it in the road or the right of way. He could see for himself that it was on their propery. His words to me was that no crime had been committed and since they were not paying for the service it was still considered their trash.  Their monthly trash payment was only $50 per month. I was not trying to collect anything other than April's trash payment of $50. I didn't ask for a full payment considering it was the only pick up for April.  Again I was told they were getting a dumpster. He said in his complaint that I was trying to get payment on past months.  Can't get past payments when they were already paid up until 3/31/25.

  I am rejecting this response because:the trash that was in the cans was last week of March which as he states was paid so since he did not take that trash I wish for my March payment to be refunded he illegally dumped trash in my yard that was paid up as he states. Also after being told that I would give him 10 dollars but that was not good enough again even tho we were paid for the month in question as he stated

  It was April 1st. Since it was April 1st it is considered April trash. Trash was not Illegally dumped in the yard. According to the ****** ******** I committed no crime. Will not give any type of refund.  Refund denied.
