Around April 10, 2024, $15,500.00, New flooring thought out the house, take up old carpet depose of it, clean up mess replace any floor sheets of plywood where needed put back heavy things back where they were, they would take pictures before starting to make sure things were where they were did not happened. The flooring is coming up in several areas in the hallway it's starting to break in the middle, nails coming up though the flooring where they nailed some down due to not laying down, TV room they laid the flooring directly on the concrete no barrier between it, they took up air vents through some of them trash but was going to replace them but did not because they said they ran out of money some vents that are here will not fit right they never made sure that they even went back into the areas where they come out of I really feel like they took advantage of my mother who is almost 84 years old this week and myself who is 64 I feel like this is elder abuse also I did contact another contractor to see if they could come in and give me a price on fixing what was wrong and the contractor said to correct the flooring all of it would have to be pulled back up and make Corrections and lay down the right kind of flooring due to the flooring that was laid down was not appropriate for anyone in a wheelchair or on a walker and they knew my mom was on a walker because she would get up daily and walk in the house in different things and the only way she could get around was the Walker also they did tell me that the cost would be around $21,000 to do all of this over and put the right stuff down like I said we were taking advantage of and I need your help. I am enclosing copies of text message and pictures of our flooring not done the way it needs done. my mom has had a fall from floor not being corrected plus cutting her feet. I am including text messages and pictures. As you will see I did reach out to him not just by text but calls and left messages on his phone.

Work began mid March for an estimated 5 day job. Job continued for 10 days and due to errors by the contractor could not be completed as promised. Customer gave contractor multiple times to return to repair and contractor admitted he was unable. Customer tendered $5750 to contractor with $5750 also due upon completion. Job was 1700 sq ft of epoxy floor covering. Issue was in topcoat applied and the fixes the contractor made were unsuccessful in repair and floor is cosmetically unusable as is.
