    My house flooded and a friend recommended ServiceMaster Ashland. After I called, they were at my house within an hour to help. I was clueless, but they made me feel so much better about the whole process. I couldn’t have asked for a better company in my time of need. I read the other review left on here, and think that person may have mental problems. These people were true miracle workers!

    Horrible company and service. They tried to charge me for work they did not do. They did not return property removed from the house for cleaning. After speaking with the manager and assurance the company would make it right, they challenged, basically accusing me of lying, all items I reported missing. They returned electronics broken. They made up box numbers for claims by putting 1 item in many boxes. They hung cleaning rags on individual hangers to make the count they needed. They removed items from the home for which they were instructed to leave alone. They took advantage of two senior citizens during a time of overwhelming stress. Their actions speak volumes that they were concerned with how much money they could make, rather than taking care of the clients. Our chimney fire happened in February of 2023. It is nearly November and I am still finding items that were not returned. I would take them to court, but the stress they've already caused has impacted my health greatly. This company is disgusting and shouldn't be hired to clean a dog kennel. I will leave one star, but is only for the girls, who came to the house to clean. Although they made mistakes, I don't believe it to have been done maliciously as they seemed genuinely concerned. The project manager, off site cleaners, and manager just not good people and took clear advantage of our situation.
