    I bought a pistol and singed up for the $75 class like a week and a half in advance but on the Thursday before the class I got sick called bare arms and explained and the guy on the phone told me to call back Monday because no one was in that could give me my refund. Monday comes and around 11 am or a bit after I go into the Ashland location and explain my situation. The guys says they don't do any refunds even though I've not seen a sign in store or on website that says 'no refunds'. So I ask, since I don't want the class now that I have missed enough work from being sick and I work weekends, if they could just use the $75 on a gun or anything else in store and he says no. Mind you he doesn't seem to have a very good attitude and tries to tell me that when I paid for class I committed to it when I signed no such paper for my commitment and I stated that like anywhere else in America if you make a purchase you are able to exchange or refund but this guys having none of it so I tell him he's stole my money, which he has when I'm not satisfied and/or don't get my money back. This will be my first of many reviews to post all over the internet as well as the better business bureau...bet you all will see no refund signs all over now!
