      On 9/19/2022 I purchase a package of 5 pixel 8 RF microneedling treatments and 50 units of Botox for the amount of $1650.00. The 5 treatments of RF microneedling were to be completed every 6 weeks. On the 4th treatment dated 06/02/2023 of RF microneedling I received burns that left scars, texture marks and hyperpigmentation all over my face from improper use/excessive heat. I called the office to inform them of the problem I was having and was told to send pictures. I sent a message and attached pictures. I went into the office several different time in an attempt to fix the scars, texture and hyperpigmentation but to no avail. I asked for a full refund and was told they couldn’t do that. I still had credit for I’m the last treatment that was prepaid but couldn’t complete due to the previous issues.
      I got Botox/ dysport with my remaining credit. After 11 days I noticed that I had ptosis of the left eye. I made an appointment where it was confirmed. The astheician gave me eyes drops (upneeq) and an injection in my eyelid that she said would help within 2 weeks. Immediately after the injection I noticed my vision in that eye was very blurry. I called the office to inform them that my eye wasn’t showing any improvement. I informed her that I was having problems with my vision and I asked for more drops to help the ptosis due to an upcoming wedding that I was to attend. They wanted to FaceTime me to see my eye so we scheduled a time for a call back. I never received the call. I was told the staff was in a meeting and someone would call back. I never received a call so I called the office a 2nd time. No one was available so I left a message. Still to this day I have never received a call back or a follow up on my condition. Since this time I had an eye appointment where it shows I have vision loss and had to increase my rx to accommodate.
