Lisa Johnson is an amazing leader and innovator who knows her stuff! Her passion is undeniable and is remarkable to see and feel when she coaches others. I love the way she uses her life’s experiences to engage others to better understand how to recognize top trends and how to implement best practices while in the field.

Lisa was brought in to train our Leadership on Effective Performance Review and EEO Recruitment. Lisa was simply outstanding! She created a “safe space” for discussion among our Leadership Team. It was a very powerful two-hour session that kept the audience engaged and interested the entire time. From relatable examples to alternative viewpoints, Lisa had the topics covered. She answered every question and covered management concepts in a way that was easily understood and could be put into practice. We received overwhelmingly positive feedback from our attendees. We are very fortunate to have Lisa as a resource and recommend her services to anyone seeking a knowledgeable HR professional.

We worked with Lisa to offer two hour-long live webinars for our healthcare employees and leaders – Workplace Bullying and Assertive Communication. We hadn’t worked with Lisa in this capacity before, but we’d seen her TEDx talk so we knew she was an excellent speaker, but she blew us away with both of her sessions! Lisa has an engaging style, a powerful voice, and offers many relatable examples that support learner understanding. She was able to distill down assertive communication into very clean, memorable, and actionable information for those who had not heard or applied it before, or who needed a refresher. This session was one of our highest rated of all webinars we’ve offered over the last three years. She also took on the challenging topic of bullying and handled it with ease and grace, despite a barrage of very specific questions and concerns. She is a true expert and would be an asset to any organization needing a knowledgeable, passionate professional to deliver an important and eloquent message!
