Justin Hamilton will destroy your software. He is not qualified to work on real software. He is a WordPress website builder at best. He lives in a trailer park and has a drinking problem. You will be met with excuses and he will agree to things he never intends to provide. He is a gaslighter who will ruin your software. I paid 5k for him and his funkiest to destroy my web application. They made the cursor type upside down and backwards on my mobile APP and then released it to the store that way without allowing me to test. These people suck we have removed all their work from our code stack and are in the process of suing him!

Date: June 13, 2025 Hamilton Development Company LLC appreciates the opportunity to respond to the concerns raised by Mr. Jason ****** of Video Chat a Pro (VCAP) in his complaint submitted on June 13, 2025. Our engagement with Mr. ****** and VCAP began in October 2024. It involved several distinct phases: An initial paid project via Upwork, which was successfully completed, for which Mr. ****** provided Hamilton Development Company a 5-star review. A subsequent phase of directly paid work, also successfully completed, for which Mr. ****** provided Hamilton Development Company another 5-star review on Google. (We have a record of this review, though it appears to have since been removed by Mr. Bauder). Following these engagements, Mr. ****** indicated VCAP was experiencing financial difficulties. Hamilton Development Company agreed to continue providing development services on an "as-available" basis, with the understanding that compensation for this extended period would be addressed when VCAP's financial situation allowed, alongside discussions of potential equity. The VCAP platform presented significant pre-existing technical challenges, bugs, and architectural complexities inherited from multiple previous development teams. This was frequently acknowledged by Mr. ****** throughout our communications. A substantial portion of our efforts involved diagnosing and attempting to rectify these inherited problems while also addressing new requests. Regarding the specific allegations: Allegations of Incompetence and Destruction: We firmly deny any claims of intentional destruction or a lack of qualification. Our team worked diligently under challenging circumstances, often dealing with an unstable codebase and evolving requirements. The $5,000 referenced by Mr. ****** covered the initial, successfully completed, and positively reviewed phases of work. Mobile App Cursor Issue: The cursor bug on the mobile app was reported by Mr. ****** on December 3, 2024, apparently after a version had gone live. Prior to Mr. Bauder's report, our team was not aware of this specific issue in that release. Upon being notified, our team promptly developed a fix, which was submitted to the app store for review on the very same day, demonstrating our commitment to addressing issues as they were identified. Our process involved making builds available on staging for Mr. Bauder's review, and we have records of prompting him to test builds intended for store submission (e.g., on November 1, 2024). Personal Attacks: Mr. Bauder's personal remarks are untrue, unprofessional, and irrelevant to the business services provided. Hamilton Development Company will not engage with such commentary. Removal of Work / Legal Action: Hamilton Development Company's access was revoked by VCAP on or around April 10, 2025. Any changes to the codebase or decisions to remove work after this date were made by VCAP or developers they subsequently engaged. Regrettably, Hamilton Development Company had to terminate the working relationship. This decision was made solely due to Mr. Bauder's escalating pattern of unprofessional communication, which included unacceptable abusive language and explicit threats of physical violence against Mr. Hamilton. These threats were serious enough to necessitate reporting to law enforcement. Hamilton Development Company stands by the quality and professionalism of the work performed under the agreed-upon terms and the difficult circumstances presented by this project. We have extensive documentation of our communications and the work undertaken. We regret that Mr. ****** has chosen this forum to make such allegations. We consider this matter, particularly the threats and harassment, to be extremely serious. Sincerely, Justin Hamilton Hamilton Development Company LLC
