    I emailed the company and did not get a response. I called and was told the issue would be elevated to a regional manager. A week has passed and no one has reached out.I had a package deal with Uninked in covington, ** before I deployed with the Navy twice since 2020. Removery Tattoo bought Uninked while I was gone. I was unaware of this, however Removerys ****** profile still uses Uninkeds business photos.I scheduled an appointment for last week.1. I drove an hour to get to the location and was not told person that was to see me wasn't in, even though I called that morning to confirm the appointment. 2. Which wouldn't have mattered because I was not scheduled for treatment but for a consultation, which happened because they schedule through text message and not person to person. Also misleading because the text asked for my name to look at my account.This is when I found out Removery bought Uninked.3. The person working at the ********* location wouldn't call someone to find out if I had any information from when it was uninked but wanted to text them instead, because they MIGHT not answer when called.4. Also didn't matter because the company bought uninked (the uninked sign is still on your information on ******), and I'm told that Removery won't honor uninked deals, and they charge almost 3 times more per visit. My time was wasted due to poor, lazy communication. My concerns were dismissed by the attendant and not followed up with by upper management. And the company will not honor agreements made by the company it bought.
