    I bought a decanter on February 28th 2025 online through their website paid $170. It is now two weeks later I have not received the product or a refund. I have left two voice messages with no response and have email twice with no response.

    I Originally placed an order for 4 glasses June 17th 2024. I was told that it would be 4-8 weeks for them to ship. I agreed to wait. I reached out Early August and was told the mold was still in process to be made and I agreed to still wait. I again reached out in September and was told they were still waiting and I could have a refund at any time.
    I now have been trying to contact the company via email and phone for the past week, 2 attempts each way, email and phone call and message with no response.
    Just out of curiosity I attempted to re-purchase the glasses to see if they were still "available" for purchase on the website or if they would let me know when I tried to purchase that they were un-available.....the transaction went through and they again took my money.
    I am curious now if I will get a shipment or how long it will be until they tell me the mold is broken.
    This is a terrible business practice and model all together and they should be investigated for fraud/selling products they cannot produce.
    Personally, I just want my money back at this point.
    This was a gift for my son's baseball coaches as a thank you for coaching a championship team in the recreational league...that has long since past....

    I placed my order on 08/06. In the title/description of the item it was advertised as "1-2 weeks for delivery". Shortly after ordering, the company reached out and told me it would take 8 weeks to receive the glass decanter for the order. The seller helped out by partially shipping the wooden base, but now will not respond regarding the status of the glass decanter. This order is still not fulfilled. I have emailed numerous times, called, left voicemails, and even reached out on ********* and ********* I have received no response in over a month.

    I placed my order on 5/30 for a gift for my veteran father for Father’s Day. On 5/31 PD emailed saying this item was out of stock and it would be 4-8 weeks for shipment to me. I realized it was blown glass decanter and also that I was ok waiting the 4-8 weeks.
    Between 5/31 and today 9/1. I’ve sent close to 20 emails/phone calls/direct messages on social media and they ignored them all except one. The one time they responded was on ******** ********* and said that I “should” have my order in August. It’s now been 13 weeks since my order date. I’ve tried for the past two weeks to get a response and it been radio silence from them. I just want my order for my Dad. This was a very expensive gift and it wasn’t here for Father’s Day or his birthday. Please. Just get me my order and please at least be consistent in responding.

    I received a bourbon decanter that is broken for my boss’s retirement gift, but no one will return my email or phone calls. They advertise how fast they respond to emails on their recording when I call, but I’m not able to get a hold of anyone. No one is returning call/emails in a timely manner.

    I want them to send me a new decanter in time for the retirement party, and it be free of charge at this point for their poor customer service.

    The "respond to this complain" link is not there and I see no where to respond.

     

    We have already replaced this decanter awhile ago and the customer is happy, I think she just filed this BBB report too quickly
