    Thanks Greg for your great service. Livin EZ Docks built our dock 8 years ago, he handled all of the permits , it was a very easy process. Greg has done some minor repairs ,and some major modifications. We have recently need repairs for ice damage, his experienced crew led by Kyle did some great work ,in a very timely manner. We are looking forward to another great summer on our Livin EZ Dock

    We have had nothing but good things to say about Livin Easy Docks. Greg has been great. He responds right away. He built our dock, and repaired it again after a bad storm. It again needs repair, but he responded right away!

    UPDATE—— We have a broken weld on our dock. Contacted Livin EZ two months ago. There were a couple of responses with promises to come out and repair which never happened. At this point our calls and texts are going unanswered. It unfortunately looks like we’ll have to hire another company to repair this so we can get our boat in the water. We would NOT recommend this company.. (previous review) Our new dock was delayed because of weather issues. When started it was completed quickly. The new dock is beautiful. We are very happy with every aspect including price and the friendliness of everyone who works for Livin EZ Docks. We would highly recommend them.

    Had part of my dock roof damaged from a tornado that came through our subdivision. Called Greg at Livin EZ to do the repairs since he was the one who originally installed the dock. It took some time before it was fixed, but my damage was superficial to where other individuals docks were missing due to the tornado. Once repaired he said he is not going to charge me because I was patient and understanding. I said I'd be glad to pay for the work, but he said laughingly, "if you try to pay me then call someone else next time! Thats customer service!

    Livin' EZ Docks just completed installation of a brand new beautiful dock at our lake property at Lake of Egypt in Southern Illinois. We COULD NOT BE HAPPIER! The owner, Gregg Williams is a true gentleman and an honest, punctual businessman. The Livin' EZ work crews showed up on time every day and communicated with me every day. I asked for progress pictures at the end of each day on those days when we were not able to be present. The pictures were sent without issue. Cleanup went smooth and removal of our old dock went off without a hitch. 5 STARS for sure for Livin' EZ Docks! We can't wait to share our new EZ Livin' Dock with friends and family...BRING ON WARM WEATHER! Ken M. Lake of Egypt

    Greg, stop ghosting us! We want our deposit back and we've offered you a payment plan. I would take this offer as we have not forgotten the things you've done. Remember the trespassing of our neighbors lot to dredge, then dumping our other neighbor's dredge pile on our lot, calling us to be sure we wouldn't be around for a while and then trying to double dip and have us pay for the removal of their pile you left in our yard? Be smart Greg and start sending our money back to us. I wouldn't let this go too far like you did with the dredge pile.

    I have reviewed the complaints listed and cannot concur with any of them. On February 27, 2023, I signed a contract with EZ Livin Docks to replace the floats on our dock, extend both walkways, install a 30’ sun deck, extend the roof line, and install a shallow water lift. The work was to be completed as soon as the weather allowed. Gregg W******* completed all measurements himself and provided a detailed cost estimate. He stated he did not want any payment until the work was completed and I was entirely satisfied. Work was initiated on April 10th and was completed on May 3rd. Being I was not present constantly during the work periods, Gregg sent me pictures updating the project. All of his employees were very professional and helpful, even when I requested minor changes during the installation. I could not be more pleased with EZ Livin docks or the attention I received. I would recommend EZ Livin Docks to my friends and neighbors if they needed dock repairs or replacement.

    We signed a contract in April of 2021 for a Boat Dock. As of 8/23/2022 we have yet to get our money back or a boat dock. We gave them a deposit of $15,000 and were told several times they would fed ex our money back to us. That has NOT happened. So at this point, I would consider the fact that we are being ghosted by the brothers that own this business, and have not received our money or a boat dock that it is pure theft. My next order of business is to file charges for theft against the owners, as well as a compliant with TWRA. If I get my money back by next week, no charges will be filed, but I will file charges in 4 counties if my money is not returned.
