    Mr Barnett promised he would cover the lines to our split levels on the outside of our house when I hired home to put split levels in our house. He did not return to finish the job. I approached his wife in person and with phone calls. The answer was always the same. "We will come by and see what we can do". They ask me to finish paying them the last day they were here. I went to their office and paid in full thinking they would return to finish the job. They did not. I live on Boone Street in Berea KY. Feel free to call me or drive by and see the nasty insulation hanging on the side of my house and what horrible job they left behind. I ask them to clean the inside of my vents. They sent Josh out to do the job. He removed the inner vent , sprayed them off and replaced them. He took 4 hrs to do so and it cost me $250.00 because he could not put the vents in correctly. Incompetent! At this time he notified Mr Mike Barnett, the owner of the company and he was angry about me asking to put covers on the insulation! Josh at this time promised to come back and cover the insulation. Needless to say this was during the winter months and it is August now and nothing has been done!!!! I will never ask them to do anything else and would not recommend them to an enemy! The work was terrible and the lies after lies was the worse part of the interaction with them!
