    Unfortunately, Samsung has contracted with this company and they have been horrible from the start the technician repeatedly lies for absolutely no reason I have been back and forth on the phone with Samsung and they have not heard anything from this company yet the rude staff at elite that can't answer the phones can text being rude laughing that I've been without a dryer for two weeks ELITE is trash.

    Was referred by Samsung to this two-bit, amateur operation. The staff of two (apparently) do not answer their phone, complete repairs in the time frame they have promised, or even bother to order the necessary part for your repair until you call two weeks later to ask why your appliance is still broken and you haven't heard a peep from them. And yet, owner Dustin S**** somehow has time to emerge from his rude 'incognito field technician' role to write lengthy, defensive, and dismissive responses to his many dissatisfied customers' reviews - during regular business hours!

    I contacted Lowe’s protection plan for a front loading washier to be repaired a little over a year after purchased on the extended warranty plan I had purchased. The machine would not drain the water. They sent Elite Appliance Service to evaluate and repair, however the technician claimed the washer had an attempted repair on it and he would not fix it. Being since I am the only person here and know the machine has never been touched by anyone prior, I felt this whole protection plan and contracted service repair company is a scam and very poor way for a company to conduct business. Lowe’s had denied the claim and informed me I could file a dispute and it would take time to process the dispute.

    I submitted a claim through ***** protection plan to have Elite come out and look at a light in my freezer that had gone out. After ordering the part and coming out a second time, he attempted to replace the light, but it still didn't come on. He said that it is likely an issue with the wiring and there is no way to fix that, the fridge must be replaced. He said to wait 24 hours anyway to see if the light came back on and to call them. Well, I waited and it did not come on, so I called them and they said they would submit the report to ***** so that I can get a new fridge (seems silly just for a light, but that's not the point). Weeks go by and I have not heard anything from them or *****. I have tried calling Elite and cannot get a hold of them and they won't call me back. So I called ***** and they said they would reach out to Elite. Lo and behold, a couple of days later I get an email from ***** saying that the report came in and the repairman said the problem was FIXED. So I called Elite and finally got them to pick up. They said that that is not what they put in the report, they said it did need to be replaced. They would contact ***** and get back with me. A week and a half goes by, nothing. Can't get a hold of them again. The other two lights in my freezer have now gone out. I called ***** and they confirmed the report they were sent said that it was fixed. So they are sending another repair place to either fix it or deem it not able to be repaired. What I don't understand is that it is nothing out of Elite's pocket for ***** to give me a new fridge. So why would they lie? And they won't answer the phone 90% of the time and never return voicemails. A sorry excuse for a business.

    ***** protection plan contacted Elite about my front loader washing machine. The softener dispenser cup always had water in it after a load. The technician came out and said we use to much fabric softener but he had fixed it and we shouldn’t have any more problems. The next day after the first load (without fabric softener) the problem remained. I called and the technician came back. He took the dispenser to a sink and ran water into it to demonstrate that the siphon function was working properly. As we walked back to the washer we discussed the problem and concluded that the fill valve must be leaking. He turned to leave, stating that the warranty on covers electrical and mechanical problems indicating that this was not a problem according to the manufacturer. I pointed out that a leaking valve is a mechanical problem and so it should be covered . All this conversation took place as he was heading to the door. When he got to the door he didn’t even look up at me but said I’d get an email in a couple of days about it. Over the last month I’ve called several times and left messages and written an email but no response. This is about as useless and unprofessional as if ever seen a business behave.
    If the problem is with LG he should give me that in writing so I can take it up with them. Just disappearing with ****** contract money is shameful.
