    Date of service. Wk of 4/17/24 Hired to re-do small bathroom, including shower, floor and install new vanity. Damage to door and frame, everything done poorly, shower floor pools water in back corner, caulk missing in places and smeared all over shower, shower head leaks from inside wall, drawer will not shut on vanity, cold is hot and hot is cold in shower. Everything is wrong and I cannot afford to re-do.

    This is all the messages she sent. She refuses me to fix it and her house is pend being sold so all she wants is her money back and the house is selling . But I did try to go fix it she refused.

    I am rejecting this response because:
    He did not offer to fix anything but the shower leak and said all tile showers pool water which is not true.  He was supposed to do a water test.  Everything he did is wrong and therefore I cannot trust him to fix it.  He would need to pay a third party to do it correctly or issue a refund.
