    It was brought to my attention that we installed windshield tint on a customers vehicle, which in certain angles reflects a blue hue as it's ceramic film. My manager at the time recalled that the customer also wanted to go darker in percentage. In result of past management not clarifying that a 55% will give a polarizing blue hue, we've been trying to get back in touch with the customer, resulting in no contact. The number we have on file at my Bowling Green location reads as ************* We contacted from our Mount Juliet location as well.

    Tint world in bowling green Ky damaged my car when installing tint and car audio equipment. When I notified them of the damages they said they told me about the damages before I left the shop and they are not responsible for them. They also did not install the wiring for my steering wheel controls and never told me about it. After I said my steering wheel controls don’t work they said it didn’t fit in my budget. That is the one thing I said was a must have.
