    This isn’t a good guy to do business with. My turbo went out on me and oil went into my air supply. Had to stop on the side of the road. I contacted him 10/23/24 around 9in the morning for roadside. He gave me a quote and we came to an agreement that I paid him the rest few hundred later. He checked to see if parts were available (they were). Then stated that he needed part money to get started. The company and myself sent him money to get started. He showed up at almost 23:00 to pickup air cooler, turbo, and the two pipes that was connected to it. The air cooler needed to be washed out and the pipes needed to be separated from the turbo. I was told that the cooler would be washed out and brought back and installed. While the bolts needed to be worked out to separate pipes from turbo. Thursdays came the company and I tried contacting him all day with no answer or text back. So, of course at that time he has my parts and money. I ended up calling law enforcement to file a report. Friday he contacted me upset that law enforcement contacted him saying I lied to them. He said he told them that he had to drop turbo off to separate pipes. Told the officer reason he didn’t answer the phone was because he lost it. While telling the company he didn’t pick up because his father in law had past. Had no problem receiving phone calls before he got the transfers. He also stated to the officer that he’d drop the parts back off while on the flip side agreeing with the company that he’ll go ahead and do the work. Neither happened! He tried going back and forth with me through text that morning, but I stopped texting and let the company have total communication with him. So, now I’m out money and parts that he won’t return. This business is not recommended! Save your time/ money and go elsewhere. Trucker to Trucker/ trucking company

    On Saturday, August 19, 2023, my 2017 Peterbilt 379 would not start after unloading in the customer's unload bay. I called JJ 24 HR Road Service in Bowling Green, KY. After arriving, he determined that the starter was not "engaging" and needed to be replaced. He removed the starter and wrote down the VIN # for my truck and left to get a new one. He returned a few hours later and installed the starter but it did not engage. His comment was, "this is a bad starter." At this point, it was midnight so he said he would return on Sunday morning to remove this starter and go get another one. I had to stay in the customer's unload bay overnight. He arrived at 10:30 am, removed the starter and departed to find another starter. He returned with another starter and installed it. When I turned the key, the starter "would not engage". He removed the starter and looked at the flywheel and said that the flywheel was missing 2 teeth and needed to be replaced. He informed me that he was not equipped to do the flywheel work so I made arrangements with a reputable shop to replace the flywheel but they could not get me in until the following Tuesday, August29, 2023. We got the truck running and kept it running until my appointment. I dropped off my truck and went to the hotel. The next morning, **** from the shop called to inform me that the starter that was installed was the wrong starter for my truck. He said the starter ** * installed was a 12 toothe starter and my truck required an 11 toothe starter. He said the incorrect starter was not engaging with the flywheel and caused damage to the ends of the teeth on the flywheel. The incorrect starter install was the reason I needed a new flywheel. GA Truck Service installed the correct starter and a new flywheel at the cost of $2,837.29. On Thursday, August 31, I called *** We had a bad connection so he texted me that he would call me later. He has not called, won't answer my call or respond to my texts.
