  Professional service. Friendly and courteous. I have used other sanitation services in Bowling Green and there is no comparison. Taylor Sanitation is the BEST hands down.

  Great service team! It’s my past experience management must keep up with their competitors to include new trucks and better pay for drivers etc. Employees might work for less pay with better tools or equipment. Over many years pickup crews have been great over the years But time has changed it’s just no longer safe for a one- man crews its very dangerous just having one man jumping in and out on busy roads blocking traffic. I’ve witnessed several events and thanked God nothing happened to your team on that day. Consider this as a safety concern and pay the driver based on your competitors. or if not then upgrade your equipment to allow one driver to be safer. Side mount trucks. Having to stop jump out on busy traffic roads is not worth the Rist in today marketplace. We love Taylor but we appreciate the employees more weekly whom deal with the lack or regards for their own safety. We hated to see one man leave your team recently. For years this employee was the reason many in my area switched to your services. But it was time to move on for health, safety and frustration! As a retired Quality and Safety professional remember that it’s your employees that makes your business grow! Losing any good customer relation employees for the lack of upgrades in equipment or considering new policy or safety ideals can hurt any teams moral in the long run! Often other drivers might move on as well and customer may soon follow based on poor sevices or changes. Overall, we still appreciate the Taylor service! But we hate seeing good employees leave your team based on that lack of good business since or practices. I'd pay more for the safety of your team I'm sure my friends would as well. We plan to continue with Taylor and after speaking with friends they will too! Five stars when safety is addressed! Mr. Quality and Safety for 35 years! Remember employees are your future!

  Members of my family have used Taylor Sanitation since 1967. Mr. Dan Taylor was picking it up at my father's house then. I have my own account with them now and love their service. Never any trash blowing out of their truck onto the street or into my yard, like a BIG sanitation company almost every week when they visit my road.

  We have had Taylor since we moved here from Indiana last year And the gentleman that does our route goes the extra mile for us each week. He is well mannered and very respectful. One thing I can say is if you haven't got Taylor Santation your the one missing out.
