    Buyer beware, not only will they take your money and not complete the work. When you call to ask about it, their office manager April will scream, "We're a business we do our work! Your tenants broke it!" Before abruptly hanging up! All because I requested a technician come out and see the window hadn't been replaced and I had already paid them. I genuinely hope these calls are recorded so ownership can hear this exchange.
    My tenants, property manager and a neighbor stated the company came over removed the broken exterior glass, leaving only the interior window pane. Left and never returned to replace it. In all my years of doing business with companies I've never had such a terrible experience. I have pictures of the window missing it's exterior pane of glass. If my tenants just happened to break this exact same window I paid to be replaced why would my neighbor, state she never saw the work completed? Also it's clearly evident the window was never replaced based on the window frame having an undisturbed layer of dirt around it. This wasn't just a financial loss, over $150+ but the principal of the company manager refusing to even discuss this issue with me when I'm the customer. I think it's important consumers be aware of this businesses unethical practices. You're taking a risk that they'll happily take your money, not do the work by all appearances and then refuse to discuss the matter with you. I have pictures of the window missing it's exterior glass that I'm happy to show anyone regarding my concerns stated.

    Thank you for your feedback.  We are scheduled to meet at the house this morning Monday the 13th of November to see what we need to do to make the necessary repairs.  I traveled to the house on the day of the complaint and called and left a voicemail but never did hear back.  We take our customer satisfaction very seriously and will take care of the situation however we need to.
