      Shotty work at expensive prices!

      Dec 5th 2023 had them come out to unclog a drain, and fix a leaky tub faucet.

      Tech had to go to ace hdwe 6 miles away and pic up a new faucet stem to make the repair. Came back screwed in the new stem without replacing the "stem seat"that came in the package from ace.

      Unclogged my drain, $438 charge for 45 minute of work.

      Both jobs were simple things I would have done myself were I not confined to a wheel chair.

      the old stem seat was the reason for the original leak, and i ended up having to get the faucet stem seat replaced to fix the leak, that I paid them to fix!

      shotty work at expensive prices was my experience.

      Reached out to discuss my concerns with management waited for 5 days without a call back .

      We are profusely apologetic for the logistical error we had with you trying to contact us with your issue, and even more apologetic for the fact that we didn’t deliver the service that we should have, and normally do deliver. In this case, we absolutely dropped the ball, I am, however, pleased that we were able to get in contact, and come to a reasonable resolution by working together. We take pride in our working relationships, and what we expect to deliver to our customers. Thank you for allowing us to still do that.
