    Elite Property Management is currently managing the apartments that I live in. I have lived here for 3 years and everything started off great. However, this recent lease resign has been nothing short of infuriating. They first deliberately lied to me about price increases when I asked a month before our lease was up. Then told me about it only 1 week before so I had no time to find a new place. Then when I asked what it would cost to break the lease, they want $2,000 to break it although it’s not in the lease agreement anywhere. Additionally, the trash is constantly overrun, maintenance never shows when they are scheduled, it’s been a nightmare. I fully believe that this company is deceitful and does not care about their tenants well being.
