    Terrible buying experience. Terrible delivery experience. Terrible customer service experience. Terrible all-around. I'd recommend to buy your products anywhere else. First, I never received a shipping notice or order confirmation. I actually thought I had fallen victim to a scam at first. The website clearly lists two shipping options. I purchased an item and selected the option for two business day shipping. In three business days, I reached out to inquire about status. I was given a shipping update showing that my "2 business day" delivery would actually not be received until the following day. I requested a refund of the shipping fee, and the customer service agent proceeded to use all caps to berate me for having the audacity to raise the issue. The response I received exactly as I received it: Sales Dept 3:02 PM (13 minutes ago) to me I didn't choose the shipping that YOU wanted for YOUR order. Obligation starts with selecting the correct shipping for your needs. It doesn't state 2nd Day Air. What you see is an estimate from UPS, not TS. The TS website delivery option clearly states 2 business day delivery. The only other option is 1 day air for $50. Unless you want to wait a week to get your product and also get trash talked by their customer service team, shop elsewhere.
