    My husband spoke with the finance mgr over the phone about purchasing a trailer over the past few days. After coming to an agreement my husband traveled over 2hrs 20 min. each way to purchase the trailer.
    When he arrived the finance mgr claimed that a fee of $649.00 was added to the bill for dealer fee & tags. This was not discussed at any time on the phone before the trip. Very shady for a business to do this and not be upfront on the phone. Would not recommend doing business with this group! Reporting to BBB

    I made a cash deal on a trailer on the phone for 22k at 9:30 am they said they were holding the trailer till i got there i was going to be there by 1:00pm it was a 4 hour drive. 2 hours of driving they called me and said someone was there looking at the same trailer i told them we had a deal i’m on my way ok they said well tell them it’s sold to you. Then they call me back again and said they said another salesman had a deal on the trailer they sold me earlier and they sold it to him for 23k but you can buy the smaller new trailer for 12 k more. I told the salesman I wanted to talk to the owner, still waiting on that return phone call I wouldn’t have gave them 1 star but it was the only choice they didn’t deserve that
