      I usually don’t take the time to write long reviews, but I want to share my experience so anyone can feel confident that hiring this company will be the right decision. I HIGHLY recommend Shaun and his team of experienced contractors. From our initial service call to a follow-up at our home with the owner himself, we have truly never had a better experience with a company. Eduardo, who was sent out after our initial call, was extremely thorough and explained everything as he took measurements and evaluated our home. After we received our detailed estimate and cost breakdown, we immediately made the decision to hire Foundation Solutions Group. (We had previously called two other companies closer to our home for estimates, and after sensing their reps were trying to ‘upsell’ our issues, decided to make one last call and I’m SO glad we did! Some of the very expensive work other companies had quoted us for wasn’t even necessary!) After fitting us into their schedule, Felix and his crew were sent out to install 8 piers around the back of our house, which required a lot of concrete work and hand-digging. They were extremely respectful of our home and yard, and we were very happy with the clean up after the work was completed. I am especially impressed with the owner of this business, Shaun Miller, and the amount of time he spent with me answering questions and explaining the process thoughtfully. He very obviously knows what he is doing, has integrity, and treats his employees well - everyone we encountered at this company seemed to genuinely care about the job they were doing. No one wants to experience these types of issues with their home - but working with honest, professional people was so refreshing and made the whole process easier. They offered several options for financing, as well!

      We would HIGHLY recommend Shaun Miller and his team for any of your foundation needs. We had a builders defect that needed repaired. This included 12 pillars, supplemental beams, sister joists, new and larger sump pump, dehumidifier, encapsulation, sprayed for mold mitigation, and drainage. His team was efficient, and kept us posted throughout their progress. We are extremely happy with their work, and the stability of our floors.
