Worst experience ever.... The first day they were supposed to come, showed up at 3:15 and texted saying they would come the next day. I missed 3 unpaid days of work waiting on someone to show up. not counting the two unpaid days I had to miss for them being there. They had charged me 1200.00 and I asked for pictures to show me what they were charging that for and still never got the picture. They didn't tell me I owed the 1200.00 until after I contacted their corporate office. The first time my inside trim had lots of water stains on them. I had to call and complain about that. They fixed the water stains and now my trim has a lot of nails showing. I told them I want to cancel my door order that has been on back order for about two months and was told I couldn't do that. Every time I called the women Lauren was really rude. I would not recommend them to anyone. They always showed up late, if they showed up. and kept adding money on. They left their mess on my property and my neighbor's property for two weeks. The job should have only taken two days, three at the most. And I am still waiting. This has been going on since August. Between double French doors, 11 windows, and an entry door 20,000.00. not including I had wanted a storm door as well, which was never emailed with the window and door contracts.

I'm truly sorry that you have had a bad experience with your job. Unfortunately, some jobs do require extra work because we don't always know the conditions of your existing windows and/or doors when we quote the job. On 11-13-23, a very detailed account of what we were charging extra for was emailed to you. I apologize if you never got the pictures but those are on the way to you today. The wood trim was not done very well at first (no doubt) but AJ and Damian came out to fix that and AJ walked you through the house and showed you what we did for each window. Your words on the signed Certificate of Completion were "the trim was awful until AJ and Damian came out and fixed it". To me that means you're satisfied. As for the nail holes, that's what wood filler and paint is for. We don't paint or stain. It's very clear on our contracts. As for adding money, we only did that once and it was fully explained. The installer could have definitely cleaned up better after himself and I apologize for that. No excuses there. He has been reprimanded for that . The length of the job certainly was extended past the normal 2-3 days with the extra work necessary, but I agree that it took way too long. I apologize for that as well. Admittedly, we could've made some changes to make this whole process go smoother and I regret that it didn't. Unfortunately, not every job goes smoothly or everybody would be in this business.

This has and continues to be the worst experience ever. After paying a percentage on the the windows 12/31/2021, and having been told the windows would be put in within 4 weeks of the time partial payment and still no windows. The office manager, receptionist, whatever her job duties are is dishonest, rude, and disrespectful!!! If and when someone does answer the business phone. The windows were finally put in the end of June…the contractor was unprofessional and apparently had not ever put in new windows, because they were put on improperly none would lock. After paying an extremely large amount for the windows and calling Window World, the nasty rude receptionist had the audacity to tell me ALL the windows in 3 houses were misaligned, therefore it was our fault the windows weren’t put in properly! Still waiting for contractors to return and redo windows…..

I assume , this is for the Brian K*** job in Beaver Dam, KY that we checked out on 7-12-22. I'm aware of the situation but we are very short on installers at the moment and we won't be able to get back out there until the week of 8-8-22. Our lead time has always been 12 weeks ever since Covid began and even a little before that so I'm not sure where the 4 weeks came from. The manufacturer can't even get them to us in 4 weeks. I assure you, nobody in this office is promising 4 weeks to anybody. Leila is the office manager and I apologize if she was rude or disrespectful to you. What she suggested about our windows is that they might be out of balance. If that is the case, it is a simple fix. I doubt all of them are that way but we will check them out. We will do whatever is needed to make this job correct. If we have to re-install each window and re-wrap each window, we will. We will not leave you hanging. We appreciate your business and are thankful for such a big project and we want you to be happy in the end.

I assume Leila responded to the complaint made to BBB by reading the business response. It read the contractors would return the week of 8/8/22. Leila has not called and confirmed this date. My brother had called the business phone number numerous times and of course no one answered the phone. He left at least one message asking for someone to return his call…,however, when I called Leila answered immediately, because she didn’t recognize my number. There have been multiple calls made to this business phone number listed, messages left , etc. with no return calls. When I told her a family member had been calling the business number her reply was I was going to return his call today. She never returned his call. She told me they’re contractors were busy with other jobs and she would call with a date. Once again, she cannot be trusted. She is dishonest and extremely rude. When asked to speak with someone other than her, she replies that she’s the only person working in the office. My advice to this business is to terminate Leila immediately. She is bad for your business and has absolutely NO public relation skills. We have spent a tremendous amount of money for new windows, but have received incredibly bad service all the way around.
