    On 06-12-24 at Brandenburg Ky KFC.At about 8:45 pm.Internet information for this restaurant said open till 10:00pm. We were met at the door by a employee going to smoke.He said and i quote (We are out of things.)Not to minch he was dressed sloppy smelled like cigarettes also it was plain to see his zipper was down.We went up to the counter waited about 10 mins for our order to be taken. There was no one in the restaurant but us.We tried to place our order.We tried to order a #13 and a 4 pieces meal with extra crispy chicken.We were told no crispy so he settled for original.The meal i ordered they didn't have.We tried to order several things they were out.Even tea.At 8:56 our receipt time.Our order was$ 19.39.We paid cash.We sat down after trying 3 booths. Garbage in the seats dirty tables.The same employee locked the door at 9:00pm.As we waited almost 15 minutes for our food.My husband went up to the counter to ask them to put salt and ketchup with our order.There were 4 people working.They were standing talking.They kept looking at my husband standing at the counter.After he stood there almost 10 minutes he kinda loudly said can some one help me?The sloppy dressed manger said what.He ask for salt and ketchup to be put in our order.20 minutes later they yelled our food was ready.We were still the only customers.At this point we didn't touch our food we asked for a refund.The manger was not happy and rude.It took her 20 minutes to refund our cash.I tried to tell her her employee was walking around with his zipper down.Which i found unexceptionable .Her reply was don't look.We eat at KFC alot. In Indiana never had a problem.I have been calling the complaint number for KFC they told me i got my money back thats all they will do.I have been trying since 06-13 to get this taking care of.All i got was a email saying I would be called.Never happened.I feel like we should be compensated for all of this.I have never been treated as awful as this.Those people where rude.
