    Can NOT recommend this business
    No show
    Called the owner (Justin) 30 minutes after appointment time when no one showed up.
    He said his salesman had come on time and spoken with someone.
    I told him his salesman apparently went to the wrong house as I was at home the whole time, looking out at the driveway for someone to arrive, and no one showed.
    Told him a 'no-show' is a bad first impression, gives the customer reason to doubt the business is competent.
    Recommended his salesman take map reading classes re: how to find the right address - but that I was willing to try again.
    Justin said 'I can tell you sound irritated and you are very insulting - I do not think we can serve you."
    I agreed and hung up.
    In a single 1-minute phone call, Justin violated every rule of "taking care of the customer' !
    This phone conversation would make a perfect case study for a class on Customer Relations Management (CRM) - on how NOT interact with customers.
    Bad -or in this particular instance, non-existent- customer relations skills has sunk many a business.
    Hope the owner realizes this and adjusts his CRM skills before it is too late...
    From other reviews, it seems this company is competent in the services they provide.
    However the owner never created the opportunity to demonstrate their skills to me, a potential customer.

    Canopy Kings did a great job trimming back the overgrowth of our trees and taking down two dead trees. They came out promptly to do a site survey and give us a written quote. They arrived when they promised to be here and their crew was professional and efficient in getting the job done. I highly recommend them.

    I recommend Canopy Kings Tree Care to anyone needing tree work done. They were careful to protect the surrounding areas from any damage. They were on time, friendly and did a great job cleaning up all the debris. The price was reasonable and the guy that did the tree climbing and cutting was amazing.

    After they started the wind was blowing 20-25 mph gusts. Extremely professional, courteous and left the site clean. Not a rut or a twig to be seen. Would recommend to my neighbor.
