      Came out 4 days after they were assigned. Diagnosed my washing machine. Told me it would take 5 to 7 days to receive the part he ordered. I waited a week. Called to get an update, no one called me back. Called again Friday, no one called me back. When I called Monday to complain I was renassured by the secretary that Austin or her would fortune call me back. No one did. My husband called Wednesday to speak to someone and was lied to. He was told they had indeed called and left a message. They did not. The secretary was more worried about talking him Into believing her then actually letting him know she had sent the order for the following Monday.
      Monday I missed the call and called back with in 30 minutes and the phone went to voicemail. Left a message and waited 3 hours and called back. The voice mail was full. Called Tuesday, left a message waited a hour called back voicemail was full. Called 9 am Wednesday and was told the secretary had been out. I said maybe but I've left several messages.. he told me he could set an appt, but then let me know he cod cancel the service if I was un haappy... OF COURSE BY NOW I AM UN HAPPY.
      Why waste my time. This company is ridiculous. They were paid for my service that they did not complete and I want my money back. They lied and said they canceled because they couldn't reach me... no one really tried. One call then, no return call, ridiculous.
      It has been 5 weeks since they scheduled my 1st appointment. Unacceptable.

      My former appliance repair person retired and recommended Tom McConnell. I never expected to find someone as good. Even better, Tom knows how to fix older models. My Hotpoint refrigerator has been working like a charm for 20 years. But the water & ice dispenser stopped working. Tom took it apart and diagnosed a bad board. Of course many parts are not available, so he didn't even charge me. I never had a person come to my house with out even a $100-plus service charge!
      It took some time but I found a refurbished board online and Tom came back to install it. He's knowledgeable, kind, considerate, on time, cleans up after - I've already given his number out to several friends.
