  Dugan Concrete is very professional and does a fantastic job. Communication was great through the entire project process. We did not experience a single issue on any of the projects we've used them for. Looking forward to working with them again in the future. I highly recommend.

  *** ***** and his crew were fantastic. I would hire them again in a heartbeat for any new concrete projects. When my wife and I needed a new driveway, *** helped us design it, excavated the area and poured the new driveway in just three days. He also seeded new grass and put down straw in the areas where grass had been dug up. His prices are very reasonable compared to competing bids we received, and he worked very quickly. Unlike some folks who take the job, disappear, do a little work, and then disappear again for long stretches, *** kept at our project until it was finished. *** is excellent.

  Tom and crew did a wonderful job replacing my driveway and sidewalk. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Answered all my questions and also helped me with some landscaping issues. Very pleased with their high quality work.

  Tom and crew did an outstanding job replacing our paver patio and sidewalk with stamped concrete. He answered all my questions and took the time to explain the work that was being done. The work is gorgeous! They left the job site clean each day they left. I would highly recommend them for any concrete work you may need done.

  Subject: There was a weaker section of newly poured sidewalk that cracked.
  In June 2022, Dugan Concrete replaced the city sidewalk in front of our house, also replaced our private sidewalk & our driveway and built a new porch.
  In September, a tree service drove equipment over the east end of the new sidewalk (after laying down plywood) to remove a tree in the backyard. The new sidewalk held up well.
  In October 2022, the same tree service moved and placed equipment over the west end of the new sidewalk (after laying down plywood) to remove another tree in the backyard. Unfortunately, this time, the very last, single, new section (5.5 ft X 4 ft) cracked. We held the Tree Service responsible, and they agreed to fix the damage.
  We noted that the cracks ended abruptly at the edges of that single section, not continuing to the sections on both sides!
  On May 12, 2023, the Tree Service came and proceeded to remove the damaged section. We were surprised that there was no gravel nor rebar installed underneath.
  I messaged Dugan Concrete to come to discuss repairing the sidewalk. Dugan Concrete came on May 13 (mistakenly thinking that I was asking for a quote to replace the damaged section).
  During our conversation, he offered no logical explanation of why there was no rebar in the very last section of the sidewalk.
  Instead, he repeatedly accused the Tree Service (and me implicitly) of removing the rebar; he repeatedly and angrily interrupted me while I attempted with no avail to discuss options with him for a resolution. Then, he just abruptly got into his truck and drove off!
  Our conclusion remains: That section of the sidewalk was weaker than the rest of the sidewalk because no rebar was installed.

  Very professional and attention to detail. Timely and respectful. Needed some fill in some cracks in the wall both inside/outside and those were filled. Even used dirt to fill in a sunken spot in the yard.Replaced sunken garage floor, driveway, sidewalk and extended the driveway. I will definitely have them back out to do another sidewalk.Worth every Penny.

  Tom D**** and his crew did an outstanding job replacing my aged concrete driveway and small retaining wall. He was highly knowledgeable, helpful, and came to give estimate and perform job exactly when he said he would. Both he and his crew were very polite and answered all the questions we had without hesitation. We strongly recommend him without reservation!

  Tom and his crew just finished a complicated porch repair/ partial replace on a 100 year old duplex I own in ******** Ky. Since I had used his company in the past, I was confident the work would be done with excellence. And it was. Besides the wonderful results, I was impressed with the fact that he takes pride in his work. Because of that he went out of his way to understand exactly what I wanted. He made positive suggestions and did what he said he would do. In my experience, that is a rarity. The next door neighbor commented to me about how courteous and respectful his team was as they were working. To me that speaks volumes. I highly recommend Dugan Concrete.
