    Repair agent charged me 320 dollars for opening a panel and taking some measurements. Not a single tool was touched. Then tried to charge me 1000 dollars for a 340 dollar blower motor. Then made me wait for 4 days with no heat just for a quote to replace my heat pump. Then tried to charge me 9400 dollars for a 7500-8000 dollar job. These people are thieves to those who dont know better. They need to be out of business.

    The company charged $359.00 to replace an HVAC part under warranty. The repair took less than one half hour. $150.00 labor, $125.00 service call, $35.00 fuel charge, and another charge to total $359.00. The technician was polite and professional. The cost was excessive. I was told everyone gets charged the service call and fuel charge just for their response. So $160.00 to come to your house and an hour minimum labor.
