    If I could rate this higher than 5 stars I could. I was looking for an inspector last minute for a house offer I just submitted and stumbled upon **** at Eaton inspections. He was able to complete a full house inspection the next day. **** saved me close to 30k on the house by finding many hidden issues and compiling a detailed report I could present to the seller. ***** report was sent to me within 24hours of inspection completion and included multiple pictures in extreme detail of any findings. If I ever need another inspection done I will go through Eaton Inspections.

    Alex with Eaton inspections was wonderful to work with. He was very thorough. Even though this was a condominium property he inspected areas that fall under the HOA to give us information to ensure these are properly handled in the future. His report was extremely detailed with color photographs so we can follow up with contractors to estimate costs of repairs before we finalize price for property. I would recommend them to anyone buying a home.

    I have found Eaton Inspections to be the best!!! I have dealt with Eaton Inspection for over 20 years and never been disappointed in their quality and expertise. The inspector is very professional and well verised in a variety of fields related to a home. His ability to converse with the clients regarding their potential home is reassuring, helpful and he provides valueable information to the client.     I recently had the pleasure of using Eaton Inspections Inc. for a property inspection, and I was thoroughly impressed by their professionalism and attention to detail.     This was the best and most thorough home inspection I've seen. The owner was very knowledgeable, informative and easy to work with. He identified and thoroughly documented many issues that were not readily visible. The report was detailed, clear and concise. We highly recommend Eaton Inspections and will definitely use this service again.
