They said they wanted 2700 for a **** ***** *******. We gave them 2400, they said we could pay the 300 at a later date. We'll after paying 2400 and taking the van, the very next day we noticed an oil leak. I was out if town, my fiance wanted ti wait on me ti get back ti take ot to them to get that fixed. Well they said that I'd have to pay for it. Put 9 quarts of oil in it. Took it there had to pay 150 for a part, and 60 for labor. 2 weeks later the transmission went out. All this happened within 5 weeks of purchase. Purchased October 28th. My fiance told me about the oil leak the 29th I told then the 30th. And then now the transmission.. I was just now able to come up with some money to get the transmission fixed. Paid 1500 for a shop to get started. Once they're done I owe a little over 5k. I'd like for them to just give me my title, and possibly pay for the remainder balance to fix the transmission.

I purchased a 2011 Toyota Prius from JP Direct Auto sales. My husband and I who is a mechanic drove the car and didn't find any issues on the test drive. So we decided we were going to buy the car and explained to the manager how we are looking for a reliable a to b car and that we were borrowing money and that we needed a good daily driver free from issues. The manager assured us it was a good solid car and that his mechanic had been driving it every day for a week or more. We made an out the door deal meaning taxes included. We signed everything, gave him the money and on our way. We got a half mile down the road and the check engine light immediately came on. No big deal, we turned around and had it scanned. It was a misfire. We proceeded home and my husband drove it to work the next day. It was making a god awful knocking sound. So my husband did some researching and testing on the car to which we found out it had a blown head gasket. We tried to contact the manager to hopefully have him at least reimburse us for the parts for the car. Not to mention a head gasket calls for 17+ hours of labor and costing roughly 2500 to have done at a shop. No response whatsoever from the manager. We are already out thousands of dollars and a car that was set to be our daily driver. Also, when I took the title to the BMV to be transferred to my name they informed me taxes still must be paid on the car! All of that was supposed to be included in the purchase of the vehicle.

I bought a car they said I would receive my title n a couple weeks…well my 60 day tags were almost up so I started calling them took me almost a eeek for them to answer after calling for a eeek leaving messages and finally calling over and over till they answered. They told me at that time they fired the guy that sold it and that there is a loan on the title and they’re trying to get it but they were gonna send me another 60 day tag and if they didn’t get it he would have to buy it back even tho he didn’t want to. I said whoa I’ve put a lot of $ n it and he said well let’s just c what happens. So I waited didn’t hear anything from them for almost 2 more months so I started calling because I was so stressed over all this. I live check to check and my mom helped me buy the car and she passed away right b4 I found the car. So I finally got a hold of thrm on January 2nd. They told me they were gonna buy it bck but only give me 200$ for all the work I put n that was well over 1000$ have all receipts and a 100$ gift card for unsatisfied customers which sounded like a joke to me but I said fine I need to get $ bck and find a new car. Well I went outside that day and back window was broke and column all tore up so had it towed to a shop so I could get it fixed b4 turning it n. I let them kno what happened and he said it doesn’t matter we r turning it bck n.just bring it here. Said it had to b 120 days cause if they get the title then I would have to keep it and after all this…so I said I can’t drive it I told h that and he said oh ok I’ll have it towed no problem and so I had them send me an email saying they were picking it up and why and I would b sent a check as soon as it was turned in and they would send me a tracking number. So I said fine. Well they sent email came and got it and no call for days so I call him and he’s like yea they won’t take it like that so we have to fix it. I’m like r u joking?! I said this is a joke. Don’t start nothing till u tell me how much and I approve. I had it at a shop to get fixed and u told me don’t worry about it. So then I’m txtn a few days later and he’s like got window fixed waiting for the ignition switch ok it was the whole column so I asked to send a pic of finished work so I can c what I am paying for. I deserve that. Ok so almost a week passes and nothing so I call them bck and he says it was fixed Monday but I’m not the accountant and I don’t deal with checks so I’ll see what’s going on I have today off so I said ok call me. I need to look for a car! This is messing my whole life up…they’ve had it almost a month and still haven’t sent check and will barely answer me and when they do excuse after excuse. They kno I don’t have the $ for a lawyer and my brother said don’t let them have it but I thought it would b ok cause I got that email. Idk this has really ruined my life. Messed so much up. Plz help me to kno what to do??

We purchased a vehicle from this company (Silas T*****) sold the car to my us. Was told no check engine light was on but it was. Asked about it was told it was fine. That the car was a great running vehicle. Got the car Friday did what he said put the hood gas in it because that’s probably all that was what it needed he said. He said if it had any issues she could bring it back. And he would give her money back. It has had code after code keep pooping up. I think they cleared out the codes to sell the car and lied to her. He was asked on the spot before taking the car he swore it was a good car. I think what they did is wrong and so many levels and they should be responsible for lie and fraudulent selling cars I have a pic of the post where it says the car is a great running car with no check engine lights on. Could someone please help with this
