      Limited lifetime warranty transferrable for 20 yrs (service date 07/10/2008) On Jan 02/03-2023 basement flooded, contacted All Dry 2 times no response, then talked with ****** ****** he was to get message to **** (operations mgr.) never heard from him. Called call center again and *** **** called, said he would be at my house on Fri 02/03/23 *** **** called me Fri 02/03/23 morning, said his boss ***** says they are NOT responsible

      **** ***** was the owner of All Dry, INC.  which was a Kentucky corporation however, **** ***** has passed away. **** ******** is the owner of All Dry (Tennessee).  Alan's Tn. team can provide service for a fee for **** ******* Kentucky contracts.
