An email I sent a couple weeks ago— “We are going on TWO months now of me trying to get ahold of someone about my order of two cabinet doors, primed and unpainted. I am unable to reach anyone when I call (at least 4 times a week since March). I was told they would take max a week. It's now been two months. The times I have actually been able to reach someone they promise to call back... but never do! The previous owners of this house spent every bit of 100k on this kitchen renovation with you all. I'd hate to speak negatively of you all but since February when I first tried to get ahold of you all for measurements of this very
small project—| have had nothing but troubles from the get-go. I understand this project is small. But I was willing to pay whatever and even pick
it up and install them myself.”
Since this email—I finally got ahold of someone. Was told the cabinet doors were ready for pickup. But needed to be there today (Thursday May 23rd) between
hours of 9am-1pm. I send my husband to pick them up. Surprise surprise-they aren't ready!! (We live 20 min away from this place). They never apologize, but give them a number to call to schedule installation and promise they will be in by NEXT TUESDAY. (I had previously said I just need them
primed and I would paint and install them myself!). My husband calls this number.
The number does not work—we were given a fake number. I angrily call the main landline and still NO APOLOGY. And the guy keeps asking
who I talked to, it was him. Every single time I called. I am beyond upset about this and feel utterly taken advantage of. Had I known this would be my experience, I would have built the damn cabinet doors myself...... shame on you all and your business. While I run two businesses-customers always come first. ALWAYS. Have I done a perfect job at all times running these businesses? Absolutely not. But I would never treat someone the way I have been treated. And would be the very first to
      apologize for any wrongdoing.

In December of 2022 we had Classic Kitchen of Campbellsville design and build a new bar for our home. We spent $11,000 on the bar cabinetry. When they first brought the bar to install, it was incorrect and they had to take it back to re-make according to our revised plan (they built on original design and we had worked through some modifications). In 2017 we spent $50,000 on a new kitchen and laundry room with the same company (different and very responsive owner).

While doing the new bar, we were also having a new tile floor put in and ordered new shoe mold trim to replace the original in the kitchen that was damaged during the floor demo.

They did not bring enough to do the entire kitchen and I have been trying for months to get an additional piece of trim to complete my kitchen.

My spouse and I have emailed 4 times, texted and left at least 7 voicemails. No one will respond to us. I even offered to drive to Campbellsville to pick up the piece.

Not sure what else to do short of making a road trip. Not a good way to conduct business as referrals are very important.
