    This business is a HUGE SCAM!!! They do a "bait and switch", not delivering on the service that you purchased. I thought I was paying $25.48 to unlock a phone my sister gave me that she had already paid off. But then this company sends me an email requesting that I pay an additional $54.00 to actually unlock my phone, because the prior fee was only a discovery fee. A discovery fee (they said) is required to see if the phone can be unlocked. First off, that is a LIE (I never had to pay such a fee when I unlocked a phone in the past). Secondly, they should have been more upfront that I was actually paying $25 for some verification/discovery fee, that took them like 5 seconds to generate. Either way, this is a SCAM and anyone reading this would be wise to AVOID doing business with this company. They will scam you out of your money and refuse to refund you, or provide a meaningful service.

    ????? Service Failed – Only Got a Credit Instead of a Refund
    I paid for a phone unlock service that didn’t work. After following all the steps and waiting, my phone was still locked. I contacted support expecting a full refund, but instead of returning my money, they offered me a credit to unlock a different phone in the future — which is completely useless to me.
    If a service fails, the customer shouldn’t be stuck with store credit they didn’t ask for. I paid to unlock this phone, not a future one. Very disappointed with how this was handled. I won’t be using this company again and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

    So I was trying to unlock my phone they charged me 25$ so I payed 25$ dollars for them to unlock and then they were asking for another 52$ dollar to complete the process so I went ahead and payed I was waiting and waiting and they never unlocked my phone and now I was asking for a refund and they won’t refund my 77$ dollars back in total they gave me 96$ in store credit which I need my money back not store credit

    This popped your first search in Google so I went with it after I read reviews which they all have to be false or faked they should be sued for falsified information it because of the reviews I went with this company I was charged $24.99, the additional $54.00,then $28.00 for tec unlock then$50.01 for USB unlock total bs I then asked for a refund and the tell me they can't wtf....I paid for a service that never happened

    Big scam! If only I had checked better business bureau before paying 25$ to carrier unlock my iPhone, like the web site offers, I wouldn’t have been scammed out of the money. They may have fine print elsewhere letting you know what they are really up to (at least that’s what customer support stated when I sought a refund) but the page where you purchase the phone unlock is VERY misleading and it doesn’t tell you they are actually going to do nothing for 25$, and keep asking for more money in order to unlock your phone.!

    Scam and Google is putting them on top of search. They have many different web pages and Google has everyone on top. I should’ve done much more research. I do believe that Google is part of the scam. Read all the other reviews. I have no idea as to why Google has them in good reviews. This is theft. $24.99 to see if you can unlock you devise and after that it’s another $54 to unlock it. Almost every review has a different amount. Google should be responsible and respond with an answer.

    Avoid! They are scammers! $30 to check if your phone is eligible and $50 to unlock but they don'take that clear before you buy!

    Scam takes money like device can be unlocked but if u owe a balance they can’t guarantee anything and won’t give money back only credit note run don’t waste money
